“Joining ERM over 8 years ago with no experience of Earthing was a little daunting. Working with a small team of experienced staff with a vast knowledge of all aspects of Earthing helped me understand the complexity of my task ahead. Supporting the Engineering team gave me the confidence to build on my knowledge and with their support and patience I feel I have better understanding of Earthing and its importance.
