Neil founded ERM in 2002 and was MD for 15 years, growing the company to 14 staff and managing ERM becoming part of LSTC in 2017.

Neil gained a professional qualification in Health and Safety in 2003, which enabled the company to uniquely apply H&S advanced risk assessment with the technical aspects of earthing. Neil has 30 years’ experience in the power industry – the majority of that time being devoted to earthing systems.
