“My career started 7 years ago with ERM, prior to joining the team I was a royal engineer in the British Army with HV experience but limited earthing knowledge. ERM helped me develop my knowledge at a pace which I was comfortable with, I started as an assistant and within 3 months I was promoted to Team Leader. This gave me great confidence in the company and showed that with the right attitude ERM will support my development and growth. I worked on a variety of sites ranging from nuclear power stations, HV substations, windfarms, solar parks and also the Guinness brewery in Dublin, Ireland. I have also had the pleasure to help principal engineers deliver courses to a wide range of audiences. I thoroughly enjoy working for ERM, there is a great team spirit and enthusiasm and I am looking forward to the future with them.”
